TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This package is part of a resort promotion. We are able to offer low priced, quality vacations in exchange for guests taking a small amount of time to view the hosting resorts vacation opportunities. Guests will be required to attend a presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes on the benefits of Vacation Ownership or Membership at your hosting resort. Qualifications of this package must be met in order to take advantage of this offer. If you fail to attend presentation or qualify you agree to pay the difference of our package price and actual retail price. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase whatsoever! Please review the Resort Qualifications below and if you have any questions please call for clarification. There are no blackout dates on this package; however, hotel reservations are based on availability and some dates might be available at a higher cost. This promotion is not intended for group travel. The resort considers anyone traveling together or meeting at resort as Group Travel. ONLY ONE PACKAGE MAY BE PURCHASED AND USED PER YEAR. All travel documents will be sent via e-mail, unless otherwise arranged by customer. We offer to mail confirmations with map via first class mail at no cost when requested. Guests agree to be responsible for any additional room charges(pay-per-view, long distance, etc.).

By giving us your personal information, you consent to being contacted by telephone or email, regardless of you belonging to any state, federal, or internal DNC lists. Specifically, you agree that by providing this information to us, you affirmatively give us permission to contact you at the telephone number provided.

Qualifications:
-Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. and over the age of 25.
-Couples only. Must be married or co-habitating. Couples must attend the entire presentation together.
-Couples must show IDs with same address at time of check in.
-Must have a minimum annual combined household income of $50,000 or higher.
-Need two forms of ID at check in. Drivers license and major Credit Card . DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED.
-Only one package per family or group.                                                                                           
-Must not have attended a presentation at this resort in the last 12 months.          
-Must not be traveling in an RV.

Re-scheduling Your Reservation:
As long as you call us 3 working Days before your arrival date, we can reschedule your vacation once for free. Any other reschedules could incur a cost of $29. Please note that if you don’t give us at least 3 business days notice our cancellation policy will apply. (See below.)

To reschedule call us at 888-653-1025. If calling after office hours or emailing, please make sure to include:
• your name
• your phone number
• the original date of arrival and departure
• your new date of arrival and departure

Cancellation Policy:
Vacation packages are non refundable but may be saved for use to any of our destinations within 6 months. All qualifications for that destination must be met.They may also be transferable if the person that it is being transferred to meets the vacations qualifications.
